This is clearly not the W hotel or the Ritz Carlton, but I gave great reviews bc I will ALWAYS stay here when traveling to this area! The price you pay is for a mid level hotel that is clean and safe. Not the price for luxury. It’s exactly what you pay for and a little more. The manager was AMAZING. He was always there working to make the place great! He was so helpful and responsive to every request! I asked for more coffee and had seven packets in my room when I returned for the night. He tried to refuse my tips, but totally totally deserved them! The location is good too. Close to a Walmart, gas station and whatever you need for staying out in the country. We went for a trip to mine at Graves Mountain and the hotel is about 40 min from there. My kids and I enjoyed ourselves so much we even left some rainbow rocks we mined as a gift.

The personable staff that helped me throughout my stay was amazing. We traveled far and he already had us checked in so we could rest when we finally got in.

The hotel was clean inside and out. Housekeeping did a great job. The front desk was helpful and friendly.
